The man who came was very friendly. I was so happy when he had booties to cover his outside shoes to protect our carpet. He took our gas fireplace apart and did a great cleaning job and also painted the surrounding area inside. He told me we were good to run the fireplace again this year. This is not my first time dealing with this company, I like the people there, I like the work they do, and the prices are good ​
